Have multiple Gmail accounts need to login from time to time? Or your computer is being used by few people login into various Google account regularly? This most often happens on family computers, which are shared at your living room for everyone to use and check their own email. By default, you can only login to a single Google account at the same time. By having multiple account, you need to logout and login the other by entering the username and password again.
For people that have separate Gmail for work and other things (newsletter, spam, etc), the only way to simutaneously login both accounts are to use two browser at the same time. If you run on slower computers, it may not that great running a lot of software at the same time.
With Multiple Sign-in, you can now login to multiple Google accounts on the same browser. Just go to your My Account page, and you’ll see the Multiple Sign-in option below your email address(es). Switch it to ON and you need to tick all 4 items below it. If you read all the items carefully, you’ll understand there are few terms and conditions by using this feature. In addition, Offline option for Gmail and Calendar is not available if you switch on Multiple Sign-in. This may cause you to have unsent emails if you normally use Gmail in Offline mode.
