What is Google Street View?
Google Street View is a feature on Google Maps that allows users to view and navigate 360-degree street-level imagery. It allow users to experience them self the exact image of the location you wanted to go (but can’t), or places you wish to go back.
To gather all those images, Google use its own trike. The Google Trike is a mechanical masterpiece comprising three bicycle wheels, a mounted Street View camera, and a very athletic cyclist in customized Google apparel.
Now Google Street View is coming to Malaysia. Its fun, its entertaining and it is very useful to others that wanted to come to Malaysia. Google is collaborating with Tourism Malaysia to record uniquely Malaysian locations to be featured on its Google Map Street View. The trike is an excellent way to start adding amazing imagery to showcase Malaysia’s history and culture to millions of people all over the world through Google Maps.
